Shiloh has over 23 years of electrical experience. Beginning as a warehouse helper, and then being promoted to crew lead after earning his residential wireman license. Shiloh has experience in design meetings and sales. Prior to joining InCharge in September of 2022, Shiloh was an electrical estimator for 3 years. He loves the work culture at InCharge and feels it has been the best career choice he’s made in his extensive years in the industry. Working in the Custom Home division gives Shiloh the opportunity to work on difficult and detailed projects while also getting to work with homebuyers and builders in the field to provide a “white glove” experience.
